. Worked with Art Director to create a vision of the level of quality desired for Next-Gen Games.

. Coordinated with Artists to deliver Assets with the appropriate quality level, and according to Budget needs.

. Verified and created Performance Health tests for levels, in order to bring them to budget and Performance Standards on Next Gen Consoles.

. Tool training and On-boarding of new Team Members, as well as basic mentoring to artists new to the company.

. Recommended tools that are now on the pipeline for Visceral Art team.

.
