It was a pleasure being selected as the guest for the “Devoted Speakeasy” podcast.

A podcast focused on the advances from Ai, Gaming, Technology, Art and so much more.

In this podcast we discussed the Dangers/Possibilities/Potential and lessons of a world with Ai alongside Artists and it’s tectonic change towards the Art World.

As she says, this is a controversial topic, but in it, I explain and de-mystify the confusion, sometimes even misinformation that artists may have about the technology, explained very technically it’s misconceptions and hear-say from people who think it “Steals”, how it’s actually beneficial for you if you have been trained, and can draw/paint and posses art fundamentals.

How I use my own models trained in my own work, and runs locally on my very own Nvidia 4090, truly allowing me freedom, with my very own style.

It reminds me actually of the days when I first started as a Student at the Art Institute of Los Angeles (early 1999) , where I was told by my French painting teachers from École Nationale Superiuere des Beaux-Arts (the most famous Art School in France), that painting on a Wacom and Photoshop was a “Joke” (this is real) because you cannot “replicate the intricacies of the #5 bristle brush”, and painting on a “plastic tablet for kids” would lead nowhere.
